Sun City Board President, Tonja Flanagan, relates how these amenities evolved from concept to development. Lifestyles Director, Kayla O'Quinn Holmes , guides us through the beautifully appointed Spanish Moss Hall and the irresistible Breakwater Pool Area . We visit our newest restaurant, The Brackish Bar & Lounge where we meet Marlowe Dickens, the restaurant manager. You can check out the menu and the hours of operation. Ryan Jensen , Health & Wellness Manager, walks us through the two story Breakwater Fitness Collective , including the indoor pool and outdoor sports area. We even get a look at our luxurious new locker rooms.
