LIMIT SCREEN TIME FOR KIDS | Do this ONE THING to Stop the Screen Time Battle

Описание: Here I talk about one BIG lifestyle choice that you can make if you want to experience the benefits of raising kids with fewer hours spent in front of a screen. With more and more young children acting as if they're experiencing smartphone addiction and screen addiction these days, is there anythin we as parents can do do help our children have a healthier relationship with screens and to experience the joys of childhood without spending lots of time with digital devices? Parents often feel that they don't like what they see as the effects of too much screen time on their kids, but what can they do about it?

There is something you can do! And it doesn't involve any complicated algorithm for calculating the number of minutes that is correct to spend on screens each day. I don't set screentime limits in my family and I have no intention of doing so. Instead, I do this!
