The Chery Jetour Shanhai T1 is a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) that combines a 1.5L 4-cylinder turbocharged gasoline engine with a permanent magnet synchronous motor for improved efficiency and performance. This setup allows the Shanhai T1 to offer both fuel and electric power options, making it versatile for various driving conditions. For energy storage, the vehicle is equipped with a lithium-iron-phosphate battery available in two capacities: 26.7 kWh and 43.2 kWh. Depending on the chosen battery size, drivers can expect a pure electric range of either 150 km or 220 km.

Fuel efficiency is one of the highlights of the Shanhai T1, with a low fuel consumption rate of just 1.08 liters per 100 km in China’s WLTC mode, showcasing its eco-friendly design. On the road, the Shanhai T1 can reach a top speed of 180 km/h, balancing efficiency with adequate performance. This SUV also features substantial dimensions, measuring 4706 mm in length, 1967 mm in width, and 1845 mm in height, supported by a wheelbase of 2810 mm, providing ample space for passengers and cargo.

Inside, the Shanhai T1 is designed with modern technology and comfort in mind. It boasts a 15.6-inch floating central control display, a 10.25-inch LCD instrument panel, and a 50W wireless charging pad for added convenience. Additional features include an electric suction tailgate, a panoramic sunroof, ambient lighting, and an L2+ driver assistance system, all of which enhance the driving experience with comfort, style, and advanced safety functionalities.
