Options trading gives you the ability to bet a stock price will improve (call) or fall (put). Purchasing Calls that are outside of the money are generally riskier than purchasing calls inside the money. The nice thing about buying the "out of the money" calls is the ability to have major gains and be able to purchase multiple contracts at a cheaper price. I'm a huge fan of trading these stocks and the VWAP indicator on Think or Swim helps me with my entries on positions a lot! Setting your EMA indicator to 180 days also helps give you a better overall feel of how the stock moves in the long term to help you with your entry point! I've made good money following these indicators and keeping strict to my profit goal!
