Savanah Soto and Matthew Guerra, San Antonio Police, #arrested two perpetrators, a father and son. Charged with CM are 19-year-old Christopher Preciado and his father, Ramon Preciado, charged with Abuse of a corpse. No further subjects are outstanding at this time. Additional charges may apply in the future as they pertain to the unborn baby.
