Scoonie Gee covers Touch Me by The Doors at the Rainbow Bar and Grill

Описание: My good friend Dan Kay @thetrumpetcoach of @dirtyrottenhorns hit me up days before the event asking to play. I was pressed to find a song he and his horn section could join in but there were none. In that thinking moment I heard @thedoors song “Touch Me” come on the radio! It not only has horns but a horn solo on the outtro so I added that song in the early part of the night. He and his friend @mariel_spencer88 who is just a rocket of positive energy showed up and this is what happened.

It ended up being one of best songs and biggest highlights of the event. If I missed any lyrics/cues it’s because I didn’t have the time to prepare. Thank goodness I had @fredachingdrums to look to, he knows the Doors along with keyboardist @anthonyamorelli who’s in @thegaragedoorsband tribute band. Rounded out by @michaelbaja729 on guitar and boom!
