When Steve and his partner adopted Esther, they didn’t expect her to grow to a 700-pound pig. Esther changed their life forever - quitting their jobs, they moved to a new town and opened the “Happily Ever Esther Farm Sanctuary”. With over 70 rescued farm animals at their care, they have their hands full - and they enjoy every moment!
