Taiwan News Live, The Central Weather Administration on Tuesday issued a land warning for Tropical Storm Fung-wong. As of 6 a.m., the storm’s center was 370 km southwest of Eluanbi, moving north-northeast at 12 kph, per CNA. Fung-wong has maximum sustained winds of 108 kph, with gusts of up to 136 kph and a storm radius of 220 km. The CWA issued a land warning for Kaohsiung, Tainan, Taitung County, and Pingtung County. A sea warning is in place for the Bashi Channel, Dongsha Island, waters off southeast Taiwan, and the Taiwan Strait
