The Hocus Pocus Jr. Project is a personal interest of mine. This is the first cups and balls routine put into print, as far as I'm aware, and certainly the first in English. Discovery of Witchcraft does explain the workings, but does not include a routine. The balls are cork, as specified in Hocus Pocus Jr. and the cups are tin plate, handmade by Win Harrison.
The one segment I left out was the stool ball segment. I don't know what a stool ball is.
And some purists may argue with my use of a wand, but the woodcut illustration in the front cover of the book shows a man performing the cups and balls and holding a wand, so I felt justified in using one, here.
