The University of Rwanda–College of Education (UR-CE) is building on its successful efforts in training secondary school teachers in robotics and 3D printing by now investing directly in its students. Through a five-day intensive workshop facilitated by Physics subject leaders and a professional team from CODERINA, members of the UR-CE Rukara Campus Science Club received hands-on training in these emerging technologies.
The goal is to equip these students to become master trainers, capable of supporting outreach activities in nearby secondary schools and contributing to similar initiatives in the region. This effort reinforces Rwanda’s position as a leader in advancing STEM education across the region.
