Описание:
we start with 21 reps, then 15 reps then 9 reps with the exercises in circuit 1.
then we move into 30 seconds of work with a 10 second rest with the core exercises in circuit 2
You will need weights for clean and press, deadlifts, swings, and russian twists. everything else is body weight.
So grab your mat, water and weights because we are warming up the bod right now!
