I had travelled seven hours the day before, and I was exhausted.🙃🙃🙃
Not to forget on the same day, I woke up at 4 AM to get ready and be on the road again. It was exhausting for my mind, my body and my gut. My entire body said stop and sleep now you need the rest, but somehow I could not stop all I did was take my homeopathy medicines out and I took Bakson medicated globules nux vomica 200 because my mind and body had overexerted and I needed something to settle it down, this remedy never fails me along with five flower remedy of course!
I give it in cases where I know the gut in the mind are affected because of stress burden- not every time baksons nux vomica globules can work and Maybe a better remedy could suit you. I wish I had five flower remedy with me as well during this time, but I didn’t, so I had to just take this remedy. And it taught me about making the best of what we have in homoeopathy and always having some of these remedies on me.
