ACT Championships is one of my favourite races of the Australian season, and it's safe to say I have a lot of good luck here! The last three years I have raced at this competition I have run a PB and this year I am so grateful to continue the streak, finishing in a time of 52.18 in the 400m!!
I hope you enjoy the race footage and learn a bit more about the 400m, handling race nerves, and how I prepare, plus a little behind-the-scenes yapping in the park 🤣
