Repatriated British Prisoners of War (POWs) walking along railway platform. Many of them appear to be injured. Some wave at the camera or people shouting to them.
Shots of ex-POWs singing while ship bringing them home.
Shots of stretcher cases being carried along platform.
Shots of hospital ship coming into port.
More stretcher cases are brought along. More similar shots.
Man - possibly politician - speaks to the gathered returning prisoners. He tells them about the conditions they are coming back to - Britain is still at war and food is scarce.
Men interviewed about conditions and Red Cross parcels. Some of them were captured in Crete.
