The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE) is AGAIN attempting to violate our God given rights by implementing more gun restrictions. In this case, they are trying to ban XM855 Ammunition as they claim that it can be utilize by criminals to target law enforcement personnel. Essentially, the BATFE is claiming that this type of ammunition can penetrate LEOs body armor. Therefore, in order to protect the LEOs they need to ban this ammunition from the market. We know that this is just another tactic utilize by them to violate our 2nd Amendment rights and implement more gun control.
