What is this course about?
The course will cover core areas of quantity
surveying and explore BIM and the cost
management of mechanical and electrical
services technology. The course includes
a minimum 24-week work placement.
In mechanical and electrical services
technology, the student will learn about
energy management, life cycle costing
and measurement, estimating and cost
control. The student will also learn about
construction technology, construction
law and contract administration as used
both in Ireland and internationally.
