Simple and Easy Mango Pineapple Salsa (Salad) Aunty Mary Cooks. This mango pineapple salsa is so simple and easy that you don’t need detailed recipe.
It’s so refreshing, healthy and delicious especially when chilled. It’s even good on its own or great also with meat or fish. I like it with spring onion pancakes too. Aunty Mary shows how to make this easy recipe of mango pineapple salsa (salad)
Ingredients
1 tomato, cubed
Fresh pineapple, diced
Fresh mango, cubed
Green onion, chopped
Coriander, chopped
Jalapeño pickle, chopped (optional)
Note :
1. Can add a bit of sugar if you like it a little sweeter. The fresh mango and pineapple that I used were sweet so I didn’t add any sugar.
2. Can add some lime juice and zest for some tang.
3. Jalapeño pickle adds some spice to the salsa which is nice. Can omit if preferred.
