WHAT IS A PRIVATE YOGA CLASS?
Individual or private yoga class – as it is popularly called, is the process that takes place between an teacher and a student. Such classes were created because each person has an individual story and our needs are different.
Individual or private yoga classes are fully consistent with the important yogic principles. The principle of work starts from the fact that a certain way of exercise can not benefit everyone equally, so different types of people are approached differently based on their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual condition. Traditionally, yoga has been passed down directly from teacher to student since the ancient teachers deeply understood the importance of individual approach, so that each student can develop in their own unique way.
Therefore, these individual lessons are thought of and run by combining the programs of Sattva Yoga and traditional Hatha Yoga.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF A PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES?
1. Positive effects of yoga are more visible, an individual progresses quickly and knowledge is directly transmitted. The student becomes aware of their possibilities and restrictions that they are working on.
2. The instructor focuses on the specific emotional, mental and physical problem (disability) of the individual.
3. Asanas are adapted and modified to suit the needs of the individual, everything takes place under the watchful eye of the instructor, so the risk of injury is practically nonexistent.
4. Adjustment to the time and space convenient for the student – which means that the individual lessons can take place in accordance with your free time in your home.
5. If the newcomers do not feel comfortable in a group, individual lessons are the perfect preparation for group work.
ABOUT SATTVA YOGA
Sattva Yoga is a holistic way of yoga. Sattva Yoga comes directly from India from the foothills of the Himalayas, Rishikesh.
