Finally got around to tuning this NON-DELIDDED 14900KS to 8600MHz CL38 on 2x24GB M-DIE. Surprisingly, this CPU only requires 1.3V IMC voltage to achieve 8600MHz stable, which is pretty low.
I discovered that this CPU has the Intel SA freezing bug, where too high of a VCCSA voltage causes your PC to freeze during intensive memory tests. My limit before with the older microcode was 1.16v VCCSA for 8600MT/s. The only temporary fix was to lower the AUX VCCIN to 1.7v.
This SA freezing bug was fixed with the 0x129 microcode and newer versions, so I patched the bios with the newest microcode 0x12f instead.
