[Carol Campbell Edwards] Okay, the moment has arrived. Hi everyone, I'm Carol Campbell Edwards, the BSW director, and we are so excited for our BSW graduates. We have 10 graduates this semester. And today, I believe we have two terrific graduates that have joined us. So, I'm going to ask them to make their way up here to the stage.

Let's get a little cheer for them. Come on.

Okay. So now I would like to invite my friend and colleague Professor Fran Gomory to recognize our MSW students.

[Fran Gomory] Hey everybody, graduates. I'm Fran Gomory, the MSW director. We're so unbelievably proud of all of our MSW graduates.

We have 123 MSW graduates this semester. 91 of those graduates are from our online program, some of whom are here with us today from across the country. So congratulations to all. [Applause]

I'd like to invite our dean back to the podium to recognize our PhD grad.

[David Springer] Thank you, Fran. All right, we have one more graduate to recognize. The doctoral student we recognize today has demonstrated dedication and rigor along with a lot of perseverance and grit in reaching this milestone, and we are honored to celebrate her achievements. I'd like to call up Michaé Cain to be hooded. Her dissertation
title is, "Understanding Early Career Turnover in Child Welfare: The Role of Intentions in Organizational Social Exchanges." [Applause]

Michaé will be hooded by Dr. Lisa Magruder.
