Police say this teen...Jose Campos...is wanted for the murder of 17-year old.

Charred and fragmented human remains believed to belong to Adrian Rios were found in the back yard of Campos's house.
His stepfather and mother, Jose and Maria Seym (SAY-em), have both been arrested...and charged with being accessories to murder.

"they were away from the residence and come home at some point later that evening after whatever occurred, occurred."
Warrants have also been issued for several other people believed to be involved.

"we believe there were six people in that house either at the time of the murder or close thereafter. There may be more."

Police say the remains of the victim include a severed foot...and were found in a firepit in the yard.
Neighbors say they didn't really know the Campos family.

"They were very quiet, other than saying hi and bye...it's all I'd ever talked to them, they were just very quiet and new to the neighborhood."
"...just kinda shock, we figured that's what kinda happened. We just send our prayers out to the Rios family."

Investigators say they believe Rios was shot and killed, his body then placed in the firepit.
They are still searching for a murder weapon and trying to determine a motive.
