EASY BROCCOLI PASTA RECIPE

Описание: Welcome to STUDENT MEALZ! How to make creamy broccoli pasta? Well today we're going to tell you just that ;p

== INGREDIENTS ==

Enough pasta for two people
1 precooked broccoli
1 roughly chopped garlic
1 handful of strong cheese
1 tablespoon of flour
a good portion of butter
250 ml of cream
250 ml of milk
nutmeg
pepper
basil
orgegano
salt

== RECIPE ==

1. Melt some butter in a pot
2. Make sure the fire is on low heat
3. Add oregano, basil and garlic
4. Let it infuse for a couple of minutes
5. Take the garlic out
6. Add the tablespoon flour
7. Whisk it up
8. Add the cream
9. Whisk it up
10. Add the milk
11. Whisk it up some more
12. Turn up the heat and let it cook
13. Once it's about to boil lower the fire
14. Season it with pepper, salt and nutmeg
15. Whisk it up
16. Once the sauce is almost ready add the cheese and let it melt while stirring
17. Pour the sauce over the precoocked broccoli and pasta
18. Stir it gently and it's ready to be served!
