Toured 19 Mar '20;WX: Fresh 10 inches, Base 126 inches, Accum 458 inches, Temp 28F, Wind West 8, AV 2 all cardinal points, SKIQ 10 of 10 DEEP POW light density, ATMOSPHERE close to 10000 feet

The Grizzly Gulch tour to Twin Lakes Pass beneath Honeycomb is a quick ascent ~ 1 hour so it can be performed multiple times in a day......There are two trailheads 1) from parking at Emma Mine along the North edge of the run out beneath the Cabins and 2) from Alta Albion parking lot, proceeding East up and behind the Cat Maintenance Facility crossing the Summer Roads and then proceeding along the North face of Patsey Marley.......Both are Xclnt, my preference is Emma Mine due to less social density

The day was a day for making LEMONADE out of LEMONS.......BUT with 10 inches of POW POW it was a frothy LEMONADE........AND I do like IFR........X Navy Aircraft Carrier Chief Engineer and Captain of 5 Ships in the Persian Gulf and Pacific under ROE conditions and SANDSTORMS.......

The atmosphere was low overhead but surreal.......adding to the delight of skiing DEEP POW through the Patsey Trees

AND the BEST is always the last drop through what I call the Circuitous Chicane ending at the Summer Road GATE and ALTA's most easterly Albion side.....Note there was a lot of former strait lining tracks...........I do love to cut 8s.....even in this couloir......

That run out is GREAT FUN.......as if on a roller coaster BUT IT REQUIRES SAFETY AWARENESS relative to AV Level as one is in a TERRAIN TRENCH........

Tour commenced at 0930, skinned to Twin Lakes Pass 1045 and was at Trailhead by 1120
