These are a few of the aerial hoop tricks I've been working on my A-Frame at home. Feel free to use this sequence if you want to add some top bar choreography to your lyra routine :) there are tutorials for all the top bar moves at the beginning already on my channel ("easy top bar sequence", "kneehang from top bar" and "chest stand")
