Jan Terlouw Junior is de jongste telg uit een familie van schrijvers en componisten. De talentvolle zanger/pianist/songschrijver speelde met zijn band heel Nederland plat tijdens de Popronde en bracht zijn debuutalbum met een bijbehorende comic uit.

Bezeten jazzvingers, subtiele moderne elektronica, visuals en donkere thematiek tegenover juist zoete poprefreinen voeren je mee in het verhaal van The Nightclub. Live stap je samen met Jan Terlouw Junior (zang/piano), Isaac McCluskey (trombone/achtergrondzang), Stef Bulten (contrabas/synthbas), Sascha van Loenen (trompet/gitaar/synths) en Axel Grunnekemeijer (drums) in een muzikale film noir: smooth, dark, sweaty & swinging.
