1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp chaipatti (1 glass water)

For gravy:
3 tbsp mustard oil
2 tamatar
2 Onion
6 garlic
1 ginger
Salt to taste
1 tbsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp Red chilli powder
1 tbsp Gram masala
4 clove
2 bay leaf
1 black cardamom
