In this video I am finishing a WIP. The media I use are: Prismacolor pencils, Posca pens in black and white, Wink of Stella in clear and Stickles in Twinkle. You can omit using the Wink of Stella and Stickles if you don't have them and your picture will still come out lovely! I just like adding a little glimmer to some of my projects. ;)
