The law of Rhythm which states that everything in the Universe operates in Rhythm or cycles. There is no spring without winter. There is no fall without summer. You cannot have what most of us call the good times without having what most of us call the bad times. It's an eb and a flow . There are seasons to life. And yet we  cling to a certain season we are in, we never want it to end. Or when we are in a bad one we think it's never going to end.

After listening to this video you will understand what the Law of Rhythm is.

විශ්වයේ සෑම දෙයක්ම රිද්මයක් හෝ චක්‍රවල ක්‍රියාත්මක වීමක් බව  ඉගැන්වෙන නීතිය තමයි The law of Rhythm. ශීත ඍතුව නොමැතිව වසන්තයක් නොමැත. ගිම්හානය නොමැතිව කොළ හැලෙන්නේ නැත.  නරක කාලය ලෙස හඳුන්වන දෙය නොමැතිව  හොඳ කාලය ලෙස හඳුන්වන දෙය ඔබට ලබා ගත නොහැක. එය  ප්‍රවාහයකි. ජීවිතයට සෘතු ඇත. එසේ වුවද අප සිටින නිශ්චිත සෘතුවකට අපි ඇලී සිටිමු, එය කිසි විටෙකත් අවසන් වනවාට අප කැමති නැත. නැත්තම් අපි නරක තැනක ඉන්නකොට අපි හිතන්නේ ඒක කවදාවත් ඉවර වෙන්නේ නැහැ කියායි.
