Kaitlyn Dever joins as Abby Anderson (Unbelievable, Booksmart, Dopesick), a formidable soldier driven by a personal vendetta. Isabela Merced portrays Dina (Dora and the Lost City of Gold, Sicario: Day of the Soldado, Sweet Girl), Ellie’s spirited and loyal companion. Young Mazino appears as Jesse (Beef, Prodigal Son, Good Boy), a selfless community member whose actions often come at personal cost. Gabriel Luna returns as Tommy Miller (Terminator: Dark Fate, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Wicked City), Joel’s idealistic younger brother. Rutina Wesley continues as Maria Miller (True Blood, Queen Sugar, Hannibal), a compassionate leader and Tommy’s wife. Danny Ramirez plays Manny (Top Gun: Maverick, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Assassination Nation), a jovial yet haunted soldier. Tati Gabrielle portrays Nora (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, You, Uncharted), a military medic confronting her past. Ariela Barer takes on the role of Mel (Runaways, One Day at a Time, Atypical), a dedicated doctor facing wartime realities. Spencer Lord appears as Owen (The 100, Riverdale, Nancy Drew), a gentle soul burdened by the violence around him. Jeffrey Wright reprises his video game role as Isaac Dixon (Westworld, The Batman, Boardwalk Empire), a militia leader waging a relentless war. Catherine O’Hara joins as Gail (Schitt’s Creek, Beetlejuice, Home Alone), Joel’s perceptive therapist. Joe Pantoliano plays Eugene (The Matrix, Memento, The Sopranos), Gail’s husband. Robert John Burke portrays Seth (Rescue Me, Law & Order: SVU, RoboCop 3), a bar owner in Jackson. Noah Lamanna appears as Kat (Star Trek: Discovery, Murdoch Mysteries, The Expanse), Ellie’s ex-girlfriend. Alanna Ubach plays Hanrahan (Legally Blonde, Coco, Euphoria), an original character for the series. Ben Ahlers portrays Burton (The Gilded Age, When the Streetlights Go On, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina), another new addition. Hettienne Park appears as Elise Park (Hannibal, The Outsider, The Good Wife), rounding out the ensemble.
