Описание: This is Part 2 of a 2-part video which shows a small sample of Aikido techniques. These include situations in which Nage (the person who performs the technique) is kicked or struck by Uke (the person who receives the technique) or attacked by two people. Most techniques are shown from a static beginning. This practice allows the student to understand the relationships necessary to perform the technique correctly.
