This is winter sowing at about 10 weeks before frost-free in Zone 7b/8a.
This round is about refining the process — small changes that make winter sowing easier to repeat.
As the season moves forward, winter sowing becomes less about starting everything and more about timing, efficiency, and learning what works in real conditions.
In this video, I’m adjusting my setup, fine-tuning how I work, and choosing seeds that fit this point in the season — all while letting winter stay in control.
Nothing is happening outside yet, and that’s expected. Updates will come as conditions change, along with other winter projects that fill the waiting time.
