Today the players were playing as German paratroopers in mid 1944 to fight French partisans just after D-Day. Very interesting read: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maquis_... I wasn't aware that this happened until I read this article. The main reason I edited out the majority of the initial town was because of a mod-bug that rendered a lot of the opposing force as invisible to the players. We then fixed that and continued on.
