The scene shifts to a volatile domestic disturbance after a screaming 911 hang-up, where a man is chased and apprehended after his wife accuses him of assault and stealing her card to fuel a drug habit. Finally, officers engage in a high-speed traffic stop where a wanted man, Lance, bolts from the car, leading police on a wild foot pursuit through a neighborhood.
