This is my build that I use in Challenge rifts. It is not the normal knock-up you are probably used to using or seeing used by me and other top tempests. Tempest if by far my favorite class in Diablo Immortal and I continue to improve my builds. Recently was able to put out 3B/min in dmg on the normal dummy. In this video I cover the build and give you an idea of what it takes to clear high level challenge rifts. Hint, it's not just combat rating I rushed this posting. New rift season Monday!!
