Resep Soft Serve Ice Cream. Es krim merupakan sajian favorit banyak orang. Banyak jenis es krim yang di jual di pasaran. Ada yang stick, scoop, dan soft serve. Kali ini aku akan membuat soft serve ice cream rasa vanilla dan cokelat. Tentunya lembut, bahan-bahannya simple, dan tidak memerlukan mesin es krim.

Resep Soft Serve Ice Cream (untuk 12 porsi)

Vanilla ice cream:
300 ml whip cream
160 ml susu kental manis
½ sdt garam

Chocolate Ovomaltine ice cream:
300 ml whip cream
80 ml susu kental manis
½ sdt garam
80 gr Ovomaltine Crunchy Cream
4 sdm cokelat bubuk

Lainnya:
Cone wafer ice cream

Langkah:
1. Campurkan semua bahan es krim vanilla kemudian kocok menggunakan mixer hingga mengental dan jangan terlalu kaku
2. Campurkan semua bahan es krim cokelat Ovomaltine kemudian kocok menggunakan mixer hingga mengental dan jangan terlalu kaku
3. Masukkan es krim ke dalam plastik segitiga, lalu tutup atau ikat bagian ujungnya kemudian simpan di freezer
4. Simpan es krim di dalam freezer selama 3-4 jam lalu setiap 30-60 menit sekali remas-remas es krim kemudian simpan lagi di freezer
5. Beri lubang pada plastik segitiga kemudian semprotkan es krim pada wafer cone secara melingkar
6. Atau bisa juga setelah 3-4 jam, pindahkan es krim ke dalam wadah kemudian dibekukan lagi dan sajikan dengan cara di-scoop

Soft Ice Cream Ovomaltine

Many people love Ice Cream. There are so many types of ice cream sold out there. There are sticks, scoops, and soft serve ice cream. This time, I’m making a soft serve ice cream in Vanilla and Chocolate flavor. It has a soft texture, made of simple ingredients, and you won’t need an ice cream machine to make it.

Soft Serve Ice Cream Recipe (yield: 12 servings)

Vanilla Ice Cream:
300 ml whipping cream
160 ml condensed milk
½ tsp salt

Chocolate Ovomaltine Ice Cream:
300 ml whipping cream
80 ml condensed milk
½ tsp salt
80 gr Ovomaltine Crunchy Cream
4 tbsp cocoa powder

Others:
Ice cream cone

Steps:
1. Mix all the Vanilla Ice Cream ingredients. Mix with a mixer until thickens and not too firm.
2. Mix all the Ovomaltine Chocolate Ice Cream ingredients. Mix with a mixer until thickens and not too firm.
3. Add the ice cream into a piping bag. Seal the opening or make a knot and chill in the freezer.
4. Chill the ice cream in the freezer for 3-4 hours. Every 30-60 minutes, massage the ice cream and return to the freezer.
5. Cut the tip of the piping bag and pipe the ice cream into the wafer cone in a circular motion.
6. Or, after 3-4 hours of chilling, transfer the ice cream into a container. Chill it again and serve by scooping the ice cream.
