Ms. Saxena highlighted that digital payments, QR codes, and tech-led lending have become essential for business growth.

However, she pointed out that credit access remains a major challenge, with most small businesses still outside formal lending due to documentation hurdles and lack of awareness. Frameworks like GST, Aadhaar, and the Account Aggregator are now enabling transparent, data-driven lending and opening new opportunities for MSMEs.

As CEO of RBI-recognised SRO representing 275+ fintech's, she emphasized the need for responsible practices - data protection, transparency, and customer awareness—especially under the new DPDPA environment. She also underscore that by combining digital tools with responsible innovation, fintech's can help Indian MSMEs become more confident, efficient, and growth-ready.
