The video shows a scene from near the end of the original game so just listen without video if you don't want spoilers! I don't think this track would exactly fit with this scene, but it kinda so nearly does in places - and after all this is another time that… Cloud smiles. What a beautiful scene ;;

This is like my Remake demakes but this time with Advent Children. I feel like I've been sleeping on the AC soundtrack all these years, even tho it's by Uematsu too. What with Sephiroth for Smash using that version of One Winged Angel I ended up giving it a proper listen for the first time.

This one is a very direct transcription, I pretty much tried to copy down all of the lines as in the original, or anyway the jist of them. It's the arrangement for orchestra that's very lovely and lush and that's what I wanted to really include here. Also some approximation of whatever the piano is doing at 2:18 — I need this in more covers! :D

All that said I mean kinda don't know WHY this needs to exist on the FFVII soundfont, except I did want it to…… If you too just enjoy the olde sounds or want some Advent Children in the OST style, then here you are.

The fact that it works so well either on old samples or a real orchestra is I think testament to the solid writing and arranging!
