Описание: The College’s Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory (VDL) provides outstanding specialty facilities and expertise in the diagnosis and eradication of disease. The VDL also serves the agriculture industry and the public’s health by acting as the official laboratory of the Minnesota Board of Animal Health. The VDL protects animal and human health through detection and disease monitoring and is very busy in this mission. Last year, it handled more than 65,000 requests for disease investigations, conducted more than 1.5 million laboratory procedures, and performed nearly 17,000 necropsies.
