This is a presentation of the best high schools in New Jersey. We determined these high schools are the best in New Jersey by consulting the 2018-2019 test scores for the state of New Jersey. Students in New Jersey are required to take a series of standardized exams each year. These tests measure their comprehension levels in key subjects such as Math, Science, and English.
When compared to other high schools in New Jersey, the 50 schools shown in this video had a higher percentage of competent students (students who met the standards). This is an indication that these schools are doing a good job of preparing students for higher education.
