Hello from a stunning day in The Lake District!
One week after Fell Foot's 10-year birthday I am delighted to have had such lovely conditions to run in, this might have even been the best I've ever seen The Lakes looking.
Someone wrote on the 5k app, "If you do one parkrun as a tourist, it has to be Fell Foot parkrun', and it's hard to disagree with this.
I hope you enjoy this one, I think it might be my favourite video so far!
