Adding the gym back into my bilateral hip replacement recovery program was a must for me!
I feel it is really important to keep the upper body strong, powerful and flexible as you also work on strengthening your hips and leg muscles and tendons after hip replacement surgery!
That is why I am heading back to the gym at least 4-5 times per week.
