They’re perched up, feathers fluffed, preening one another, sharing quiet moments and keeping each other gently entertained. No big adventures today — just companionship, comfort, and the simple joy of being together when it’s too goddamn hot to do anything else.
Sometimes the best days are the slow ones. Watching them reminds me that rest isn’t wasted time — it’s necessary, especially in this heat. 💛🐦
