Hello Everyone,
This was the build photos of my Airbaged, V8, 1992 VP Commodore.
When I purchased the car, it was the standard two tone red on gray factory paint job, that had seen better days.
I decided to give it some love with a full bare metal respray, and a fiberglass SV5000 body kit. We first fitted off all of the body kit parts to make sure we were happy with the body gapes and all the mounting points, than striped the car of all its parts. Doors, bonnet, boot and everything in between, striped all the paint off, than used a bare metal Epoxy primer, than bored filed that back as straight as we could, than use a Black 2 pack primer as the best base color for the top coat. Finished the car in a clear over base metallic green.
