Описание: 龙江煎堆,是广东地区传统年宵食品,始制于明代广东顺德龙江镇。制作时以糯米粉揉合粘米粉碾作皮,以爆谷花与炸花生加糖浆拌均作馅,捏成球状,大若拳头,表成辘满芝麻。下油锅炸至金黄色即成,寄托着民众“煎堆碌碌,金银满屋”的美好愿望。食味松脆甘香,长期风行粤港澳地区。Longjiang fried pile is a traditional Chinese New Year's Eve food in Guangdong Province, first made in Longjiang Town, Shunde, Guangdong during the Ming Dynasty. When making, use glutinous rice flour mixed with sticky Rice noodles as the skin, and use the fried corn flour and fried peanuts mixed with syrup as the filling. Knead them into balls, which are as big as fists and rolled with sesame seeds. Deep fry until golden brown, serving as a symbol of the people's beautiful wish of "frying piles and filling houses with gold and silver".
