Описание:
This is a full layup workout that is designed to mix conditioning while focusing on finesse around the basket. You must make 5 layups with your dominant hand, and 7 layups with your off hand for each individual layup. The first two makes for each hand should be with 1 dribble, and the others should be a two dribble finish.

3) 2 Foot (Big Man Layup)
4) No Effort
5) One-Foot Up & Under
6) Two-Foot Up & Under
7) Reverse
8) High Off Glass
9) Euro Step
10) Reverse Euro Step
