CJ goes after the friend that betrayed him and the cop that used him, it's time to finish it. Afterwards, he hits the block, this story may be over, but like his sis says, shit's never ending in San Andreas.
Stick around after the credits to see the 100% achieved message, a phone call, plus one last show of love from CJ towards his city.
Note: It's worth mentioning that even after 100% completion, there are things not shown in this playthrough, like mini-games, Easter eggs and hidden missions. I did carry on playing for a while after beating the game, and saw a lot of that stuff, but I only recorded up to getting 100%.
