Featuring Chor Leoni’s 2021 ECAP singers, conducted by Erick Lichte, Artistic Director of Chor Leoni.
Chor Leoni’s Emerging Choral Artists Program is a critical component in our goal to inspire and educate the next generation of choral singers. It aims to identify promising young male singers and offer them professional-level performance opportunities within Chor Leoni’s season. Generous sponsorship from RBC’s Emerging Artist Project allows Chor Leoni to offer this highly selective, project-based mentorship program for ambitious young singers for free.
ECAP singers were recommended by Chor Leoni’s team of MYVoice instructors for this mountaintop musical experience. Following rehearsals with Chor Leoni’s Artistic Director Erick Lichte, ECAP was recorded in June 2021 under strict COVID-safety protocols at Vancouver’s St. James Anglican Church.
