In this video, I’ll show you how to create a diamond-shaped wall decor piece using recycled cardboard, decorated with mirror lace, colorful tassels, pearls, and paper peacock feather design. 💫

🪔 Materials Required:
Thick cardboard (cut into diamond shapes – 2 or 3 layers for strength)
Color papers (red, blue, golden, orange, green, etc.)
Mirror lace / golden lace for border decoration
Woolen threads / yarn (green, blue, yellow – for tassels)
Pearls / beads for connecting tassels
Glue or Fevicol
Scissors and cutter
Paper fan (for center design)
Small mirrors or stones (optional for extra shine)
Pencil, ruler & paintbrush

🎨 Process / Steps:
Cut the Base:
Take a piece of cardboard and draw two diamond (kite) shapes, one inside the other.
Cut out the inner section to form a hollow frame.
Repeat this for the second layer (if you want a double border look).
Color & Decorate:
Paint or wrap the outer diamond with red paper and the inner one with blue paper.
Outline both with golden lace or mirror border for a royal festive look.
Add Center Design:
Create a small paper fan using blue and golden paper and fold it neatly.
Attach a flame or leaf-shaped paper cutout on it (as shown in your design).
Paste it in the center of the frame.
Make Tassels:
Use colored wool (green, yellow, blue) to make 4–5 tassels.
Tie them tightly and attach pearls in between for a decorative look.
Attach Everything:
Stick the tassels at the corners using hot glue.
You can also add small mirror dots or beads to make it sparkle.
Final Touch:
Add a string at the top for hanging.
Let it dry completely before hanging on your wall or background.
Optional Add-ons:
Add LED fairy lights around it for glowing festive vibes.
Spray a bit of glitter for extra shine!
