In this video, I’m running the second of three operations on these components — adding a chamfer to the inner hole and profiling the outside edge. The vice is mounted in pre-machined pockets on the spoiler-board fingers, which makes setup quick and accurate since it’s already indicated and verified. From there, it’s just a matter of using the wiggler to locate the X and Y datum positions and then setting the Z work offset.
