Ingredients (2 servings — 320 calories per serving)
Chicken breast … 1 piece (250–300 g)
Salt & pepper … a pinch
Potato starch(Cornstarch) … 1 tbsp
White wine … 1 tbsp
Olive oil … 1 tbsp
Nanban Sauce (Sweet Vinegar Sauce)
Soy sauce … 2 tbsp
Sugar … 1 tbsp
Vinegar … 2 tbsp
Water … 1 tbsp
Healthy Tartar Sauce
Greek yogurt … 3 tbsp
(or use strained yogurt as a substitute)
Boiled egg … 1
Pickles … 2(35g)
Onion … 1/8 piece(25g)
Salt & pepper … a pinch
(Instructions)
1 Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
2 Add salt, pepper, white wine, and starch — mix well.
3 Cook in olive oil until done.
4 Add Nanban sauce and simmer to thicken.
5 Plate and top with plenty of tartar sauce.
